Laval – new skin –

Stripped down to its wooden frame, this single-family home was given a new skin on the in- and outside.
Walls were insulated, reconfigured, and updated with new openings, along with a thoughtfully designed extension.
The aim was to foster a stronger connection within the rooms of the home. This was realized by transforming the entrance into an open atrium that links the interior with the surrounding interior and exterior spaces both visually and physically.
